This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript from the Eastern Province written by M. Kantappōṭi. The exact date of the manuscript is unknown. It is estimated to be 1850-1899. The manuscript is related to medicine. It contains the details of herbals, balm and medical powders such as Tūtuvaḷai lēkiyam, nāka paṟpam, veḷḷip paṟpam, taṅkap paṟpam, kentaka paṟpam, pittaḷaip paṟpam, maṉṭuka paṟpam, añcuṉakap paṟpam, cātiliṅkap paṟpam, pērikkā paṟpam, veṇṇey paṟpam, vayur paṟpam, pācāṉa paṟpam, uppup paṟpam, muttup paṟpam, turici veḷḷai, nimiḷai paṟpam, metta tailam, vēṅkaip paṭṭai taiyam, koṭuvēlit tailam, cīrakattailam, kīḻkāy nellittailam, kuñcittailam, cem'muḷḷit tailam, kuruvēlit tailam, and koṭuppait tailam. The manuscript is in good condition. The letters/texts are clear to read. The manuscript has 286 pages. The protective cover is made up of neem.
