This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript from the Eastern Province, Sri Lanka. The time and exact place of the manuscript is unknown. However, it is estimated to be 1850-1899. The manuscript was written by Vai.Nallatampi owned by Va.Vi.Po.Māṇikkappōṭi. It is related to magic and medicine. A major part of the manuscript includes the remedies for cow health issues and disease. The manuscript has subheadings such as Vataṉamār mantiram, tuvālai, mūlikai cāpamnīkka, māṭukāṭēṟa, māṭu kālaikkuvarāmal (kālai- māṭukaḷaikkaṭṭum iṭam)taṭukka, kuḻumāṭukaṭṭa, māṭu eḻuppa, mulaikkaṭṭu, puḷuvukku aṟam, and kuḷukkiṭāvukku. The manuscript is partially damaged, but the letter/text is clear to read. The protective cover is made up of palmyra.
