This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript titled “Piḷḷaiyār katai” from Northern Province, Sri Lanka. This manuscript is written by Pulōli mēṟku ceṉṉam on August 1934. However it seems, in page 87 it is mentioned that this manuscript was written by Upātti. V. Arunachalam. It has the tirumurukāṟṟuppaṭai nēricai veṇpā of Nakkīratēvar. It contains Tirucciṟṟampalam (kāppu), vināyakar tuti ( praise of Ganesh), carasvati tuti ( praise of Saraswati), pōṟṟi tiruvakaval, varukkakkōvai, varukkaikkōvai muṟṟiṟṟu, Murukaṉē centi mutalvaṉē māyōṉ marukaṉē yīcaṉ makaṉē - yorukaimukaṉ tampiyē niṉṉuṭaiya taṇṭaikkāleppoḻutum nampiyē kaitoḻuvēṉāṉ vēlu mayiluntuṇai. The letters are clear to read. The protective cover is made up of palmyrah. The manuscript is in good condition and the pages are in order.
