This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript is from Eastern Province, Sri Lanka. It is written in 1912, 1915, 1916, 1918, 1920, 1926, 1928, and 1929. This manuscript is a personal accounts details of a Vivacāya pōṭiyār. It seems difficult to find out the author and the pōṭiyār of this manuscript. It contains the details of his accounts of agriculture, debts, pawning, types of rice to sow, paddy cultivation. The specialty of this manuscript is, it mentions the details of each year in separate manuscripts. Local slang is used in some manuscripts. i.e : Pukkai, Putitaṭittal. It also contains the names of debtors. This manuscript gives details of the types of rice such as Cīṉaṭṭi, tillaiyāṉ, moṭṭaccampā, pokkaṇiyaṉ, peruṅkaṟuppaṉ, vaṇaṉ, kaṟutta vāṇaṉ, uruṅkakkāyaṉ, kalluruṇṭai, muntiriyāṉ, taviṭṭu campā, and utaṉ campā,kuruviyāṉ. It also contains some places where rice is grown in Batticaloa. i.e: Makiḻaveṭṭuvāṉ, kum'maṉāṟu, kuṟiñcāmuṉai, kāyaṉkuḷam, maṇṭakattaṭi, karaiyākkantīvu, muḷḷāmuṉai It contains 96 pages and the letters are clear to read.
