This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript titled ‘Kaṇṇaki am'maṉ kuḷirccip pāṭal’ from Eastern Province, Sri Lanka. This manuscript is written by M. Sinnthampi in Kannankuda, Batticaloa on 21st July 1869. This manuscript contains detailed descriptions about Kaṇṇaki am'maṉ. Kaṇṇaki am'maṉ is a folk deity who is worshipped to alleviate the diseases that occur during hot weather. This manuscript contains the songs of Kaṇṇaki am'maṉ.
