Description of 5 spectral programmes on stars and galaxies: "A, B and O Stars in the L.M.C." (1934 September 26), "A, B and O Stars in the S.M.C."" (1934 December 06 to 1935 December 06), 4 galaxies "For radial velocities" (1935 November 05), "Radial Velocities / Galaxies brighter than Mag. 12.1 and South of -25°.0", "Original program of 13-inch (To be taken with 60-inch) / H[beta] and H[alpha] in focus". A loose typed page is included, titled: "Hilger Stellar Spectrograph. / 60-inch / Test Stars." giving a list 19 stars, of which 9 are flagged with a red tick. Five finder charts, held together with a paper clip, were inserted in the book. These secure the locations of NGC 1404, NGC 1399, NGC 1380, eta Carinae, HD 91969, and HD 152270.
