- five photographs of Ralph as Othello in Othello in 1938, including several of Ralph in his dressing room putting on his make-up
- two photographs of Ralph as Dr Denny in The Citadel in 1938
- four photographs of Ralph as Lord Mere riding a horse, with Merle Oberon on horseback, Laurence Olivier in a car and the director Tim Whelan in The Divorce of Lady X in 1938
- two photographs of Ralph as Robert Carne with Ann Todd and Edna Best in South Riding in 1938
