This notebook contains transcript of recordings of songs elicited by women of Meghwal community. Sukhli Devi of Bhanwta village is accompanied by Gogli Devi at Nagaur district, Rajasthan. While most of the total 59 songs are devotional and addressed to local deities, some songs are descriptive of village life as well.
Custodial history: Collection of Komal Kothari, housed at Rupayan Sansthan.
