This is a diary containing notes and personal writings of Komal Kothari. The first few pages contain notes on an ARCE seminar "Text, Tone and Tune" held in Delhi, and lecture notes for a lecture to be given at Jaipur as part of training of Indian Forest Service followed by a note on visit to the Nagaur mela (fair) with Gulab. The rest of the diary has been used as a daily journal documenting Sangeet Natak Akademi fellowship award ceremony, ICCR meetings and seminars, rehearsal schedules, passport related work, and arranging programmes for various artists all over the country. The diary also contains a few contact details of artists.
