Personal photographs and press cuttings found loose in an empty green scrapbook, embossed on the front "M.F.".
This volume was blank and had some photographs secured in the back pages. These eleven photographs are duplicated elsewhere in the collection and mostly depict Meriel at home in Chester Terrace.
The press cuttings concern the careers of Ralph Richardson and Meriel Forbes and include:
- a cutting from the Manchester Guardian, dated 2 Jun 1953, of a cartoon entitled Cultural Additions to the Procession for the Queen’s coronation, including Olivier, Gielgud and Richardson "soliloquising on British drama"
- cuttings reviewing The White Carnation from 1953
- cuttings publicising the Australian tour in 1955 and reviewing Separate Tables
- cuttings reviewing the Sleeping Prince from 1955
- a cutting entitled Our Most Challenging Actor, by Harold Hobson, from the Sunday Times on 9 Mar 1956, reviewing Flowering Cherry
- cuttings reviewing the School for Scandal from 1962
- cuttings reviewing the Philadelphia Story from 1949
- a cutting from The Observer on 11 Feb 1951 reviewing The Long Dark Hall
- cuttings reviewing The Millionairess from 1952
- a cutting from The Times on 13 Feb 1958 reviewing Roseland
- a programme for Look After Lulu! by Noel Coward at the Royal Court Theatre in 1959
