This Manuscript is a Sthala Puranam of Thiruppathirippuliyur. It gives details about the sthalam and the fame of the Lord Siva. Leaf nos 81,94,113,156 are in damaged condition and the leaf nos 184-186 are missing.
சைவத் திருத்தலங்களுள் சிறப்பிடம் பெற்றதும், சிவபெருமானின் கண்களை பார்வதி தேவி மூடியதற்காக மனம் வருந்தி இறைவனை அரூபமாகப் பூசித்து சாபம் நீங்கப்பெற்றதும் ஆகிய தலம் திருப்பாதிரிப்புலியூர். இத்தலம் மூர்த்தி, தலம், தீர்த்தம் ஆகிய மூன்றாலும் சிறப்பிடம் பெற்றது. இத்தலத்தின் வரலாற்றை எடுத்துரைப்பது இந்நூல். 81, 94, 113, 156ஆம் ஏடுகள் உடைந்துள்ளன. 184-186ஆம் ஏடுகள் இல்லை.
