Thiruvisaipa denotes the ninth volumes of the Tirumurai, the twelve-volume collection of Tamil Saivite devotional poetry. The ninth volume of Tirumurai is composed by Nine Tamil poets (known as Nayanars) dealt with speciality of Chidambaram, Gangaikonda Cholapuram, thirukkalanthai, Aathiththesuram, etc in 28 divisions with 288 songs.
பன்னிரு திருமுறைகளில் ஒன்பதாம் திருமுறையில் ஒன்றாக விளங்குவது திருவிசைப்பா. இந்நூல் ஒன்பது ஆசிரியர்களின் இசைப்பாடல்களின் தொகுப்பு. சிதம்பரம், கங்கைகொண்ட சோழீச்சரம், திருக்களந்தை, ஆதித்தேச்சுரம், திருக்கீழ்க் கோட்டூர், மணியம்பலம், திருமுகத்தலை, திரைலோக்கிய சுந்தரம், திருப்பூவணம், திருக்காட்டியக்குடி போன்ற தலங்களில் சிறப்புக்கள் இந்நூலில் கூறப்பெற்றுள்ளன. இருபத்தெட்டு பதிகங்களில் 288 பாடல்கள் கொண்டதாக இச்சுவடி அமைந்துள்ளது.
