This work is fifth part of Romarisi 500. It has 100 stanzas dealt with preparation of siddha medicine such as sunnams, deeksa etc. It starts with leaf no 71 and leaf no 83 is missing.
வழலை, சிவச்சுன்னம், சீனச்சுன்னம், செப்புச்சுன்னம், சுத்தி சுன்னம், ஆதியுப்பு, தீட்சை போன்றன பற்றி ரோமரிஷி கூறிய 500இல் 5ஆம் காண்டத்தில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள 100 பாடல்கள் கொண்டதாக இச்சுவடி அமைந்துள்ளது. ஏட்டெண் 83 இல்லை. ஏட்டெண் 71இல் நூல் தொடங்குகிறது.
