This manuscript dealt with various medicines such as white powder for eye diseases, sugabethi soorana, oil for pinisham, karappan oil, nayanaroka thailam, rasa chandura vaippu, throat vipuruthi, medicine for eye ache, eranda thailam, meganathan kuligai, arithara chenduram, valippukku nasiyam, nasiyam for poision, coconut kulambu, savveera vaippu, etc, details of diseases to be cured and mantras such as guru thothiram, vasiyam, Ganapathi mantram. Leaf nos. 26-27,186-189, 200, 202, and 229-231 are missing.
கண்ணுக்கு வெள்ளைப் பொடி, சுகபேதி சூரணம், ரத்தப் பீனிசத்துக்கு நசியம், பீனிசத்துக்கு எண்ணெய், கரப்பன் எண்ணெய், நயன ரோகத் தயிலம், ஸ்ரீவசியம், பச்சை பாம்பு தந்திரம், குரு தோத்திரம், கணபதி மந்திரம், தன்னைக்கட்டு அட்சரம், ரச செந்தூர வைப்பு, சந்திரோதயம், பூலோக சந்திர உதையம், தொண்டை விப்புருதி, கண்வலிக்கு மருந்து, ஏரண்ட தயிலம், மேகநாதன் குளிகை, அரிதார செந்தூரம், வலிப்புக்கு நசியம், விஷத்துக்கு நசியம், தேங்காய் குழம்பு, சவ்வீர வைப்பு, சூலை 18க்கும் மருந்து போன்ற மருந்துகள் பற்றியும் மருந்து செய்முறைகள் பற்றியும் அவை போக்கும் நோய்கள் பற்றியும் பயன்படுத்தும் முறை பற்றியும் எடுத்துரைப்பதாக இச்சுவடி அமைந்துள்ளது. ஏட்டெண் 26-27, 186-189, 200, 202, 229-231ஆம் ஏடுகள் இல்லை.
