Lyric songs, New Year wishes. The creations are recorded from informants not in the original context of performance. The context of performance and the additional instruments are stated by the informants for some of the folkloric creations. Gathered in Cahul town. Creations: Continued from notebook 29, 1. Urat, 2-3. Cântice, 4. Urătură de Anul Nou.
Custodial history: The archival material in this notebook was gathered in the summer of 1947 by a student of the State University of Chişinău, Cahul branch, in the second year of bachelor studies, working as intern for the Institute of Language and Literature. It was taken into custody by the Institute of Language and Literature of the Moldovan Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences / MSSR Academy of Sciences and had the same custodial history as the entire collection.
Extent and format of original material: 1 notebook of 6 files. Not typical format (16.5 cm x 19 cm).
Owner(s) of original material: Institute of Language and Literature, nowadays Institute of Romanian Philology "Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu".
