A wooden dough mould
- Scope & Content:
- A flat wooden dough mould carved on one side only. It has several carvings of astrological symbols and a line of humanoid, animal headed creatures: shapes and figures that are pressed into dough offerings (torma) during specific tantric rituals.
Extent: One wooden dough mould.
Size and dimensions of original material: 49 cm x 12. 5 cm.
Condition of original material: Many of the carvings are degraded through age and usage.
Arrangement: All the material was kept in a box in the prayer room (unseen).
