- A topographical map of Persia and Afghanistan at a scale of 1 inch to 64 miles, showing international boundaries, altitudes and spot heights, rivers and water features, roads, passes, and railways at different gauges. Geographical Section, General Staff No. 2149. War Office, April 1908. The back has manuscript notes in lead pencil of the map title and the name 'Capt Longridge'. The number '20' is written in red pencil. It also bears a stamp in red ink that reads 'TO BE RETURNED TO THE SECRETARY OF THE COMMITTEE OF IMPERIAL DEFENCE, 2, WHITEHALL GARDENS, S.W., AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE ENQUIRY'.
