- Swan to Raine (29 June, 1945), advising reprinting of Stone and Flower will be ready late August, and the awaited proofs in July;
- Tambimuttu to Raine (2 August, 1945), pleased to hear she has a second book of poems ready, and advising some delay in reprinting and proofs;
