The volume comprises telegrams, despatches, correspondence, memoranda, and notes, relating to a minting contract for the Imperial Bank of Persia.
Included in this part is the Imperial Bank of Persia's concession to mint and the anticipated infringement by the Russian Government, as well as the impact of the February Revolution 1917.
The part of this volume includes a divider which gives the subject and part numbers, the year the subject file was opened, the subject heading, and a list of correspondence references contained in that part by year. This is placed at the back of the correspondence.
