Most of the part focuses on the details and costs of proposed repairs and alterations to the lighthouse buildings on Quoin Island, covering the period 1919-1926. Also discussed are details of the work required and costs involved for repairs to the lighthouse buildings and the kutcha road [makeshift, dirt road] on Tamb Island, covering the period 1919-1923.
