- This part contains papers relating to German trade activity in Persia [Iran], and in particular the 'intrusion' of German competition in south Persian trade and Persian Gulf shipping, assisted by the provision of subsidy by the Government of Germany. Topics discussed include the resumption of trade by the Hansa Line and complaints against the Mesopotamia Persia Corporation. Papers notably included are:
