- Dated at Berkeley Square, enclosing a copy of their proceedings to date. An original and duplicate. Enclosed with the letter is a copy of the proceedings of their meetings between 8 June and 11 December 1764, a transcript of all the letters sent between 8 June 1764 and 7 February 1765, a calculation of all receipts and payments of cash for 13 months from 1 December 1764, copies of letters sent to Clive by Robert Palk (on 12 November 1763 and 27 March 1764), Stringer Lawrence (on 25 March 1764), and J. Spencer (on 10 and 20 February 1764, copies at Mss Eur G37/32/1 ff.2-9 and 11-12) a 'tryal balance' dated 30 November 1764 and a statement of Clive's Account Current dated 3 November 1764.
