- Scope & Content:

These folios contains various hagiographical works related to St Wilfrid, St Margaret and saints associated with Ely, by Eadmer of Canterbury, Goscelin of Saint-Bertin and others. All of these texts were copied in the 1st half of the 12th century, except for Miracula Sancte Wihtburge Virginis (The Miracles of St Wihtburg), which was copied in the mid-12th century. In the medieval period these formed a single manuscript with ff. 129-209. The current ff. 121-128 were the medieval endleaves for this manuscript.
Contents:
ff. 59r–85v: Eadmer of Canterbury, Vita Sancti Wilfridi Archiepiscopi (The Life of St Wilifrid)
ff. 86r–91v: Goscelin of Saint-Bertin, Vita Sancte Werburge Virginis (Life of St Werburge)
ff. 91v–93v: Lectiones in Festivitate Sancte Werburge (Readings for the Feast of St Werburge)
ff. 93v–95v: Goscelin of Saint-Bertin, Lectiones in Festivitate Beate Sexburge Regine (Readings for the Feast of St Sexburge). This text is labelled 'Lectiones' in the manuscript, but Riyard argues that it varies only slightly from the vita of Sexburga in Cambridge, Trinity College, O.2.1, ff. 215-218 (Ridyard, Royal Saints (1988), p. 57).
ff. 95v–98r: Goscelin of Saint-Bertin, Lectiones in Natale Sancte Eormenhilde (Readings for the Anniversary of St Eormenhild).
ff. 98r–101v: Passio Sancte Margarete Virginis (The Passion of St Margaret).
ff. 102r–107v: Miracula Sancte Wihtburge Virginis.
ff. 108r–120v: Vita Beate Sexburge Regine (The Life of St Sexburge).
