The folios, copied in the 1st quarter of the 12th century, originally formed the endleaves to a manuscript that originally contained ff. 59-120, 129-209 of the current volume.
Contents:
ff. 121r–124v: Vita beati Birini episcopi (Life of Saint Birinus).
ff. 125r–128v: Wulfstan of Winchester, Vita sancti Æthelwoldi episcopi (Life of St Ethelwold).
Decoration:
Historiated initial with a figure on horseback with a sword, foliate details, interlace, and biting beasts in red with green shading (f. 121r). Display capitals in blue, red and green with penwork decoration (f. 121r). Initials red, green or blue throughout. Rubrics in red throughout.
