Provenance:
The Benedictine cathedral priory of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Worcester, owned in the 15th and 16th centuries: their additions in the Chronicle to the years 680, 689, 693, 1062, 1095; the name ‘Johannes Musart’ (cropped) inscribed in the upper margin of f. 12v: John Musard/Musart was a monk of Worcester (1504-38), employed repairing books in the library 1527/8 and 1531 (see Ker, Medieval Libraries (1964), p. 207).
