ff. 277r-296v: Chronicle from 1327 to 1346, a sixteenth-century transcript of the text known as the continuation of the Walter of Guisborough's chronicle or the 'Continuation of Hemingburgh'. The original chronicle, by Walter, an Augustinian canon of the priory of Guisborough, ended in 1305 and a first continuation, from 1305 to 1312, was possibly the work of a Durham chronicler. This further continuation is a version of the Historia aurea.
