The Benedictine cathedral priory of Holy Trinity or Christ Church, Canterbury, founded in 597: the manuscript contains the Register of Prior Henry of Eastry (d. 1331).
John Twyne (b. c. 1505, d. 1581), schoolmaster and antiquary: owned by him and by his son John (see Tite, Early Records (2003), p. 146).
A late-16th-century inscription with verses by William Greshop on f. 182v.
