1 large puzzle initial in blue (faded) and red (f. 174r); medium initials in blue with red penwork decoration and pen-flourishing. Rubrics in red. Paraph marks in red.

Provenance:
The church of St Peter-upon-Cornhill, London: ff. 174-233 were originally part of Royal MS 13 D I, which contains the church's 15th-century ownership inscription (‘Liber ecclesie sancti Petri super Cornehill’).
Royal Library, Westminster Palace: listed in its inventory compiled in 1542; rebound as Cotton MS D VIII, ff. 174-233 by Sir Robert Cotton (b. 1573, d. 1631), after borrowing the manuscript from the librarian Patrick Young (d. 1652) (further fragments are also found among Cotton MS Fragments XXXII).
