ff. 47r–48r: a poem on Gregory the Great attributed to John the Deacon (Schaller and Köngsen, Initia (1977), no. 5725);
ff. 48r–53r: De formis qualiter causarum.
Decoration: damaged foliate initials in various colours (f. 2r); decorative capitals (f. 2r); initials in black with foliate details and beasts' heads (ff. 10r, 11r, 14r, 16r, 17v, 19r-v, 20v, 22r, 23r, 31v): initial in the shape of a beast (f.17r); drawings of beasts' heads in the margin (f. 21r); initials in black (ff. 34r, 27v, 33r, 34r, 47r-48v); initials and rubrics in oxidised red (ff. 37v, 48v-49v).
