Provenance:
An unknown 12th-century owner: added the first line of the chant 'Confitemini Domino quoniam bonus' in the early 12th century (f. 54v).
An unknown 14th-century owner: added early 14th-century annotations and pen trials (ff. 55r, 60v; 66v).
Nathaniel Noel (fl. 1681, d. c. 1753), bookseller, employed by Edward Harley for buying books and manuscripts chiefly on the Continent, where his agent was George Suttie: purchased by Edward Harley on 13th August 1724 (see Wright and Wright, The Diary of Humfrey Wanley (1966); Wright, Fontes Harleiani (1972)).
