Pseudo-Hippocrates, Astrologia medicorum in the Middle English translation, also known as Astrologia Ypocratis, an astrological text relating to medicine and prognostication. Prologue title 'Thys his þe boke of ypocras', incipit: 'In þis book he techyt / for to knowe be planete. seknesse. lyf. and deth'. / and þe times þerof', incipit: 'Ffirst seyth Ipocras þt a leche / xal take kepe of þe mone wanne he is atte þe full', explicit: 'here endyth þe boke of Ypocras / of deth and of lyf translat\e/ of astronomerys / þe beste super avicenna'. With diagrams.

The Middle English text is edited in Medieval Lunar Astrology 1993. The initial lines were published in G.
