Title (f. 137) 'For þe gout þat comyth sondenly', incipit: 'Take / þe leuys of sauge and of anys', explicit (f. 154v): 'late hym lye stille on þe hol syde', including a charm (ff. 143v-144r) against toothache or wounds in 21 couplets listed in J. Boffey and A. S. G. Edwards, A New Index of Middle English Verse (London: British Library, 2005), no. 3709/2, whose first two lines ('Thre gude brether are 3e') have been erased from f. 143v and corresponding title 'a charme for woundys' crossed out from the table of contents on f. 123v.
