- Secreta Alberti. This text, also known as Experimenta Alberti or Liber aggregationis, relates to herbs, stones and animals used in medicine and was partly compiled from De mineralibus of Albertus Magnus (1206-1280), scientist, philosopher, and theologian. Prologue 'Sjcut vult philosophus in pluribus locis', incipit: 'Prima herba apud Caldeos vocatur yrros a/pud grecos', explicit: 'et custoddirent voluntatem ex/equerentur et effectum. / Explicit secretum fratris Alberte de Colonia ordinis fratrum predicatorum'. Including (f. 169r) a table of chapters. The manuscript is listed in L. Thorndike, 'Further Consideration of the Experimenta, Speculum Astronomiae, and De Secretis Mulierum ascribed to Albertus Magnus', Speculum, 30, no. 3 (1955), p. 413 n. 2. See also
