- Miscellaneous notes relating to Thomas Fayreford's medical compendium (see ff. 72v-124v); Fayreford's autograph. Incipit: with figure of division (f. 167r) 'Urina fit multa'. The notes include: (a) three excerpts from the Doom of Urine in Middle English, incipit respectively (f. 168v) 'Urine of a woman', (f. 170r) '3yf þe urine be þynne of substaunce þou mayst se þy junctis of þy / fyngers þorw' (listed in L. E. Voigts and P. D. Kurtz, Scientific and Medical Writings in Old and Middle English: An Electronic Reference, CD-ROM, 2nd edn (Ann Arbor, MI, 2006), no. 2676.00), (f. 172r) 'Uryne derk above and cler bynethe tokneþ deþ. urine þat schyneþ /ry3t/ bry3t' (listed in Voigts and Kurtz, no. 7760.00); (b) a reference to Isaac Judaeus (f. 169r), entitled 'Ut testatur ysaac in libro urinarum quod quattuor sunt prime qualitates'; (c) a prognostication in Latin (f. 172v), entitled 'De morte et vita', incipit: 'Si vis scire utrum homo debet mori' (listed in L. Thorndike and P.
