De quatuor temporibus anni, a short text on regimen of health through the year. Title, added later (f. 67r): 'De 4 temporibus anni', incipit: 'De intentione nostra breviter in hoc loco determinare / est de quatuor temporibus anni et de qualitate et quantita/te et de proprietate', explicit: 'et propter paucitatem caloris stomachi / digestion inpedita et humores commovent'. The text is followed by (f. 69r) an aphorism, incipit: 'Si vis te columen si vis te ducere sanum', explicit: 'Nec minctum differre velis nec cogeris anum'.
