A catalogue of "Mr. Wanley's collection of Bibles, Testaments, Prayers, Psalters, fragments of the Old Testament, history of the Bible, Solomon's Song or Phrase Song in verse, Fisher's Penitential Psalms, now in the library of St. Paul's, London." fo. 114. This is not in Humphrey Wantey's hand-writing, and the collection might therefore have belonged to his father Nathaniel. On the back of this article is a copy of a letter or certificate addressed by Sir Roger L'Estrange to some unnamed person, expressing his grief at the change of his daughter's religion; and solemnly protesting that as he had been brought up in the faith of the Church of England, he would continue in the same to the end of his life. Feb. 16, 1702-3.
