"Di Tito Lucresio Caro delta natura delle Cose libri sei, tradotti dal Latino, al Toscano Idioma da Alessandro Marchetti filosofo e mattematico ordinario nella celebre universita di Pisa l' anno 1669." fo. 22. This is the first book only of Lucretius. Prefixed are the translator's protest against his author, chiefly as to his not being a Christian, and also some commendatory Latin verses, addressed to the translator, by Maroria Selvaggia Borghini. The preceding five articles are beautifully transcribed in an Italian hand by the same person.
