De locis affectis or De interioribus (as commonly entitled in medieval manuscripts), a treatise on differential diagnosis and pathology relating to internal medicine written by Galen at the end of his life (after 192). The Latin translation is the anonymous translation from Arabic sources that enjoyed wide dissemination in the medieval manuscript tradition.
Rubric (f. 135v): 'incipit liber .Galieni. de interioribus', incipit: 'Medicorum non solum / moderni verum etiam / antiqui', explicit (f. 168r): 'Accidencium et morbi que quidem / in loco suo dicemus. / Hoc opus hic finit quod galienus / studiose peregit. / explicit liber Galieni. de interioribus'.
The text is divided into 6 particulae or books, beginning respectively on ff. 135v, 140v, 145v, 151r, 157r, 163r; books 3-6 further subdivided in sections.
