Pseudo-Aristotle, Epistula ad Alexandrum Magnum de corpore humano sanando (from the Secretum Secretorum); Latin translation by Johannes Hispalensis (John of Seville) or Johannes (David) Toletanus (12th century). Rubric (f. 31v): 'Incipit epistola aristotilis qui / scripsit ad Alexandrum regem', Incipit: 'Oportet te Alexander cum a sompno surrex/eris modicum ambulare', explicit (f. 32v): 'hyeme incipit a medio decembris / et finitur in marti / Explicit aristotilis quam scripsit ad a/lexandrum regem pro observacione humani corporis' [crossed away], rubric 'Explicit epistola quam scripsit ad a/lexandrum regem pro observacione hu/mani corporis'. The title 'Epistula Aristotilis' added (f. 31v, upper margin) by the early 16th-century annotator (compiler?).
Another copy is Harley MS 978 (ff. 22r-23r, 35v-36r); possibly a different translation is included in Harley MS 2558 (ff. 194r-195r).
