Roger de Baron, Practica medicinae. The text is traditionally ascribed to Rogerius de Barone or Roger Baron (late 13th century) with the title 'Practica', or 'Rogerina maior'. Rubric (f. 178r): 'Hic incipit major Rogerius', incipit: 'Sicut ab antiquis auto/ribus habemus et eorundem / ratio communis', explicit (f. 222v): 'Et hec de sinchratibus dicta sufficiant'.

Also includes marginalia by the early 16th-century annotator and by Knott.
