Rubric mostly effaced (f. 1*r): '….. / Antonius Marcu* Agrippae salutem / Caesari Augusto praestantissimo', prologue incipit: '[O]mnium mortalium sed et iudicibus ipsius / Scitote proximum esse auxilium', explicit: 'redactam / cum volueris uti sic uteris'; rubric (f. 1*v) 'Nomina herbe vettonice', incipit: 'Greci Prioniten / Idem Cestron', explicit: 'latini vettonica. Idem Serratam', incipit: 'Haec herba vettonica nascitur in pratis', explicit: 'semine / in summitate tyrsi spicato', rubric 'Ad capitis fracturam', incipit: 'Herba vettonica contusa et super capitis ictum inposita vulnus mi/ra celeritate', explicit (f. 1r): 'mire / dolorem lenire experti affirmant [sic]'.
