This is the only known copy of the translation into Old English of a Latin collection of recipes mainly based on Petrocellus' Practica and Gariopontus material which were probably compiled not earlier than in 1035. The text is imperfect at the end. Rubric (f. 51v) 'Incipit liber qui dicitur / peri didaxeon', prologus incipit: '[H]er onginþ seo boc / Peri Didaxeon. þæt ys seo swytelung hu fela gera wæs / (f. 52r) behuded se læcecræft', rubric (f. 52v): 'Wið oman', incipit: 'Þus man sceal wyrcen þa sealfe wið oman and þus he / sceal', breaking up at f. 66v 'to þan breostan þane / Gif þæt blod of þan innoþe cumþ. .vii.'.
