Facsimile transcript of the Prague fragment of the Codex Forojuliensis of the Gospels (6th-7th cent.), made in 1764 and attested, with seal, by Johann Michael Hertsch, Dean of Prague (f 37v) The original fragment, now in the sacristy of the Cathedral at Prague, was given by Nicholas, Patriarch of Aquileia, to the Emperor Charles IV in 1354 (see copy of an autograph note by the Emperor relating the circumstances of the gift at f. 37r, where the date is wrongly given as 1355). It covers Mark 12:21-16:20.
