Miscellany of legal texts and sermons with a contemporary table of contents added on the flyleaf (f. 1*r), reading: 'In hoc volumine continentur ista Ulpianus de edendo. Item cantica canticorum. Item quedam descriptiones iuri consone. Item de [erased] nominibus veteri testamenti. Item guida[erased] serm[erased]. Item tractatus de incarnatione verbi. Item de formula vite [erased] Item quid in sermo de prelatis. Item sermones per annum'.
Contents:
ff. 1r-8v: A treatise on the procedure (ordo iudiciarius), entitled 'Ulpianus de edendo', incipit: 'Quoniam ea que in civilibus'; with marginal glosses. According to Gouron, 'Un traité' (2010), the text was written by a Scotish churchman between 1168 and 1185.
Decoration: Initial in blue with penwork decoration in red at the beginning of the text. Initials in green, red or blue.
ff. 8v-9v: A formulary on the procedure, incipit: 'Nunc primo vobis adversarius'.
ff. 10r-20r: Sermons on the Cantica canticorum including:
- ff. 10r-13v: Bernard of Clairvaux, Sermo 63, incipit: 'Capite nobis vulpes parvulas (…). Liquet quod non otiose ad vineas';
- ff. 13r-17r: Incipit: 'Ecce quod dominicam';
- ff. 17r-19r: Incipit: 'Filii matris mee pugnaverunt contra me';
- ff. 19r-20r; Incipit: 'Celum est sancta quelibet anima';
- f. 20r: Incipit: 'Fratres revereamus episcopos'.

ff. 20r-27v: Florilegium of legal terminology, entitled in the table of contents: 'Quedam descriptiones iuri consone'; an Anglo-Norman, Summa iuris civilis according to Legendre (1959), incipit: 'Calumpniari est falsa crimina'.
ff. 27v-30v: Explanations of biblical names, incipit: 'Helias interpretatur'.
Decoration: Initials in green and red.
ff. 30v-33v: Sermons, incipit: 'Bene Abraham ad diem veritatis exultavit'.
Decoration: Paraphs with pen-flourished decoration in brown ink (ff. 30v, 33v).
ff. 34r-40r: Rathramnus, Liber de quo Christus natus est de Virgine, entitled in the table of contents: 'Tractatus de incarnatione verbi', incipit (prologue): 'Si uno sub magistro Christo omnes christiani censemus'; (text): 'Fama est et quorundam non contemnenda cognominis relatione'.
Decoration: Large initial in red and green at the beginning of the prologue and Large initials in green at the beginning of the text. Initials in red or green.
ff. 40r-42r: A tract entitled 'Formula vite honeste', incipit: 'Gloriosissimo atque tranquillissimo regi Mironi Martinus humilis episcopus'.
The text is included in M.W. Bloomfield, ‘Incipits d'oeuvres relatives aux vertus et aux vices’, Traditio, 11 (1955), 259-379 (p. 303 no. 370).
