- Coll 2, Proposal by the Rev James Williamson, Assistant Chaplain of the Church of Scotland, Allahabad, for the supply of church accommodation and Establishment to enable him to perform his duties in a satisfactory manner, December 1859 to June 1860
- Coll 3, Purchase of a set of Communion plate for the Church at Jhansi, February to June 1860
- Coll 4, Reorganisation of the Vaccine Establishment for the Rohilkhand Division, July 1859 to June 1860
- Coll 5, Proposal for the continuance for two years of the Vaccine Establishment in the District of Nimar, November 1859 to June 1860
- Coll 6, Returns of the Government Charitable Dispensary for the District of Goruckpore [Gorakhpur] for the last six months of 1859
