ff. 3r-8v: Calendar, including the following saints: Wulstan, Cedd (bishop of London), Edward, Cuthbert, Vitalis, translation of Edmund (twice), John of Beverley, Dunstan, Aldelin, translation of Richard, translation of Edward (twice), Alban, translation of Thomas Becket (erased), translation of Swithun, Anne, translation of Cuthbert, Edith, Thome Herford, Wulfran, Lucia, Thomas Becket (erased).
ff. 9r-207v: Temporale, with the Ordo Missae (ff. 141r-148r) preceding the mass for Easter.
ff. 207v-210: Mass for the dedication of the church.
ff. 210r-274r: Sanctorale.
ff. 274r-322v: Common of the Saints, with votive masses (ff. 304v-322v).
ff. 323r-326v: Added mass for the feast of the Visitation, 1st quarter of the 15th century.

6 large foliate initials in colours and gold with full bar borders with acanthus leaves and interlace (ff. 27r, 141r (including a mask and a dragon head), 148v, 168v, 250v, 268v). 11 foliate initials in colours and gold with partial bar borders, occasionally with interlace (ff. 10v, 34v, 164v, 177r, 178r, 207v, 210r, 220r, 225r, 235v (with a rose and a dragon), 274r). Initials in colours and gold with foliate decoration. Initials in blue with red pen-flourishing, including foliate motifs or in gold with purple pen-flourishing (in 1 quire only (ff. 137r-145v)). Coloured initials in red or blue. Calligraphic initials in ink with penwork decoration in black ink and red (in the music staves only, e.g. ff. 51v, 52v, 97r, 118r-119r, 120v, including a face on f. 297v). Capitals marked in yellow. Catchwords, including some written on scrolls (e.g., ff. 16v, 24v, 40v, until f. 193v, after this, no scroll decoration).
