The collection consists of the following small collections of papers, each of which has an extract from the Narrative, dated 21st June 1860, and a table of contents:
- Coll 1, Retrenchment made from the salary of the Rev A Garstin, Chaplain of Benares, while on privilege leave, September 1858 to June 1860
- Coll 2, Grant of 100 rupees per mensem to the Rev J Greenfield for performing the clerical duties of Goruckpore [Gorakhpur], September 1859 to June 1860
- Coll 3, Extract from Proceedings reporting on the repairs made to the cemetery at Fatehpur, dated 10th December 1859
- Coll 4, Appointment of a Chowkeedar [chaukidar, watchman] for the church at Aligarh, October 1859 to June 1860
- Coll 5, Returns of the Government Charitable Dispensaries in the Agra Division (Muttra, Agra, Farrukhabad, Etawah and Etah) for the first half of 1859
- Coll 6, Circular, dated 21st October 1859, calling for a tabular statement exhibiting the working and results of the several dispensaries in the North Western Provinces
- Coll 7, Half yearly Returns of the Government Charitable Dispensaries in the Allahabad Division (Cawnpore, Fatehpur, Allahabad, Banda, and Kirwee) for the first six months of 1859
