- Letter in response to John Walter Sherer's letter of 13 July 1814, which asked William Bruce to report on what had been done with the presents (consisting of jewellery, cattle and other items) that were made over to the Bushire Residency upon the termination of Lieutenant-Colonel John Malcolm's last mission to Persia. Bruce provides details of how the presents were distributed, and states that the original receipts for these presents were forwarded to Lieutenant Stewart on 11 April 1811.
