Letter of Title appointment from King Sisavang Vatthana gave to Mr. Thit Pheng, a carpenter of the Royal Palace. This letter was written that "Kingdom of Laos H.M. King Lane Xang Hom Khao (King of Kingdom of Million Elephants with the White Parasol), the King of Laos named Pha Borommasetthakhattiya Suriyavongsa King Sisavang Vatthana had a royal appointment the title of Saen Sapphakitbanchong to Mr. Thit Pheng, a carpenter of the Royal Palace who waa a good carpenter at the Royal Palace. His Holiness. The Royal Palace of Luang Prabang. One the 3rd day of waxing moon of the 6th lunar month in Pi Xuad B.E. 2514, corresponds to April 15 A.D. 1972, Register No. 175, Under the permission of His Majesty, the Secretariat of the Royal Palace"
