- Phithi Theraphisek (a ceremony of sprinkle water) for Pha Khamchan Virachitta Maha Thela (2nd monk from the front), Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam, President of the Provicial Buddhist Fellowship Organization of Luang Prabang on his 76th Birthday Celebration at the Sim of Vat Saen Sukharam on October 22, 1996. This photograph represents important senior monks of Luang Prabang and from Vientiane in a procession of Pha Khamchan to the Sim for the Buddhist ceremony while lay people sitting and holding cottoned flags, candles and incenses along the two edges of the way to pay a homage to them.
